360 Flip
1. First off, make sure your outfit matches your obstacle, 'cause if you don't look good no one is going to care if you make it or not.
2. Pop the tail while concentrating on shoving your board as if you were doing a whip-it varial. The key to learning this trick is in the motion of the back foot.

3. With your front foot, do a kickflip-like motion, kicking the board down, not out in front of you.

4. Catch the board on its way up, and smack it down with your feet.

5. Land it and get some props from your boys.

Peace

Frontside Pop Shove-it
1. Position your front foot behind the front set of bolts and a little off-center, letting your toes hang off the board a bit.
2. Position your back foot on the inside edge of the tail.

3. You want to scrape the tail around. Think frontside 180 ollie, and cut the movement of your back foot in half. And don't actually turn your body. Kick it hard. Pretend you're a mule.

4. As the board rotates flatly under your front foot -- if your front foot is in the proper position, it will stop the board from flipping -- catch it with your feet and push it back down.

5. Ride away.

Kickflip
1. Place the ball of your back foot in the middle of your tail.
2. Hang your front foot halfway over your board at a slight angle, a little bit behind the front bolts.

3. Pop your tail like you're doing an ollie and keep your weight centered.

4. Slide your front foot forward, toward the nose, kicking off the corner of your board.

5. Flick the board straight up and out to your feet.

6. Catch the board over the bolts and push the board back down.

7. Ride away.
